Wine Temple was born from Kirsi Hassler with a passion for German wines. After returning to Finland from Germany, it was clear—small, high-quality, family-run German wineries were underrepresented in Finland. Seeing this gap, Wine Temple set out to bring these wines to the market, introducing Finnish consumers to the depth, tradition, and quality of German winemaking.

A Journey Built on Passion & Persistence
When Riesling surged in popularity, followed by Spätburgunder, it proved to be a turning point. Today, more international varieties from Germany are gaining recognition, securing their place on restaurant wine lists.
Championing Winemakers & Their Craft
Wine Temple is committed to supporting producers with character. Three wineries currently stand out:
Alexander Laible (Baden) – Producing crystal-clear, oak-free wines, including a standout Scheurebe that’s as juicy and inviting as mango purée.

Franz Keller (Baden) – A winery with a rich tradition, globally recognized for exceptional Spätburgunder, especially the Oberbergener Bassgeige.

Peter Kriechel (Ahr) – A master of Frühburgunder & Spätburgunder, working with some of the best vineyards in the region while maintaining moderate pricing.

This company continues to thrive by staying true to its core values of reliability, passion, and quality. By supporting small, family-run wineries, the team brings the best of German wines to Finland, ensuring that wine lovers have access to exceptional selections.
